Properties of epoxidized soybean oil

Epoxy soybean oil is a widely used epoxy plasticizer and stabilizer of PVC. It has good compatibility with PVC resin, low volatility and low mobility. It has excellent thermal and light stability, good water and oil resistance. It can give the products good mechanical strength, weather resistance and electrical properties, and has no toxicity. It is an internationally recognized additive for food packaging materials.

This product can be used in most PVC products. In general soft products, 3-5 phr of this product can significantly improve its thermal and light stability. This product can reduce the migration of polyester plasticizer when used together with polyester plasticizer. The synergistic effect is obvious when it is used with metal heat stabilizer. The use of this product can reduce the amount of other plasticizers, stabilizers and lubricants.
